In light of the Covid-19 pandemic and in response to recent government directives we have temporarily moved our Sunday worship services to a live stream on YouTube which can be found using the link above. Please do not attend the church building on Sunday and instead join us digitally, you can also watch previous week's services via the same link. If you do plan to make use of the live stream please make sure you can access the page below before Sunday and plan to join the stream 5-10 minutes before the service starts to allow any issues with joining to be ironed out before worship begins, if you get stuck please do get in touch with Sarah Lawley.
We will continue to meet each Wednesday via Skype for prayer and bible study. For more information please contact us: firstname.lastname@example.org
We are an evangelical, Reformed church and we welcome people of any and all backgrounds. We want to make known the good news of God’s free grace, to nurture the family of faith and to enjoy together the unsearchable riches of Christ. Feel free to look through this site to find out more about us. We are thankful to God that visitors can expect a simple worship service, the centrality of the Word of God and the warmth of Christian fellowship. Our upcoming services are displayed below, it would be great to have you with us.
We have recently moved from our building in Gateshead to All Saints Church, a large, historic church in the centre of Newcastle. As such we have changed our name from 'Gateshead Presbyterian Church' to 'All Saints Presbyterian Church'. You can see more details on our Building Project Page.
As a church which holds firmly to the Westminster Standards we are committed to the ordinary means of Grace. This motivates us to concentrate on truly gospel projects where the aim is always to transform lives by exposing them to the Word of God, Prayer and the Sacraments, as a means through which The Holy Spirit delights to work. With this in view we are delighted to have the opportunity to serve God in a number of ways, a few of which are found below:
We are committed to equipping men to hold fast to God’s faithful Word, with a particular focus on preparing them for planting churches. With this in mind we are intimately involved with developing and supporting England’s very own Presbyterian Seminary.
We have had the privilege of planting a new church in Sunderland. We pray that God would make the newly-established Sunderland Presbyterian Church a blessing to the people of that city.
We see conferences as one means by which God may reform and revive his church. We are actively preparing for the ReformationUK conference from 15th – 17th October 2020 on the topic of Evangelism.
It is a real joy for our church to have the opportunity to share the gospel and Christian fellowship with so many students. We seek to love and care for the students who come along both on Sundays and by means of student socials and personal discipleship.
We are delighted to offer our brothers and sisters from South Asia an opportunity to meet, learn from God’s Word and worship him together. Hanooq Yaqub leads this weekly fellowship in Urdu at 5pm each Sunday.
